Pakodi \ Pakora

Ingredients:

1 cup gram flour pakodi
3/4 cup water
1/2 teaspoon chili powder (or) 1 to 2 green chillies
1 tablespoon ground cumin
1 tablespoon chopped coriander leaves
2 onion, halved and thinly sliced
1/2 teaspoon salt, or to taste
1 pinch turmeric powder
1 cup vegetable oil for frying

Preparation:
Prep:10m, Cook:10 m, Ready In:20 m.

1.In a bowl, mix together the gram flour, water, salt, chili      powder(or)green chillies, turmeric, cumin seeds, chopped coriander, and sliced onion, until it forms a smooth mixture with no flour lumps.
2.Heat the oil in a deep skillet over medium-high heat.
3.When the oil is sizzling hot, drop dough by tablespoonfuls, and fry  until golden brown on each side.
4.Drain on paper towels, and serve hot with ketchup or chili sauce for
dipping.
