Quick Curry


2 tomatoes, capsicums
1 chilli
a few coriander leaves
2 spoons oil
1/2 spoon mustard
1/4 spoon turmeric powder,
1/2 spoon garam masala
Salt to taste

Prep:10min, Cook:10min, Ready in:20min.

1.Clean and finely chop tomatoes, capsicums, carrots, chillies and coriander leaves.
2.Heat 2 spoons of oil in a pan for about 2 minutes and add 1/2 spoon mustard, 1/4 spoon turmeric powder. Once the Mustard bursts, add in the chopped chillies and vegetables. Mix well.
3.After 3-4 minutes on a medium flame, add 1/2 spoon of salt (or as per your taste preference) and let it cook for another 5 minutes on a low flame. Then add 1/2 spoon of Garam Masala and mix well.
4.Let the spices sink in to the tender vegetables for another 2 minutes. Garnish with finely chopped coriander and serve hot.
