Raw Mango Rasam
3 Tbsp Raw Mango(Grated)
1/2 tsp Ginger
3 or 4 Greenchillies
1 Tbsp Jaggery
1 Tbsp Coriander leaves
8 Curry Leaves
1 Pinch Asofotedia
1Tsp Fresh Grated coconut(optional)-
1 Tsp Oil
Salt to taste
Prep:5min, Cook:5min, Extra time:2min other, Ready in:12min .
1.Grind the Mango with ginger and green chillies. Add sufficient water Add Jaggery and Salt and mix well.
2.Heat oil, add mustard, allow it to crackle followed by red chillies, asofotedia, curry leaves. Add this seasoning to the mango water .
3.Garnish with coriander leaves and coconut.
Keep the Rasam in the fridge for half an hour. Tastes good when cold
