2 tablespoons soybean oil
1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
1/2 teaspoon chopped green chilies
2 tablespoons chopped onions
1 tablespoon chopped tomatoes
1 tablespoon toasted peanuts
2 cups semolina (sujee)
1 cup hot boiling water
salt as needed
1 tablespoon chopped coriander leaves

1.Heat soybean oil in a pan. Sprinkle cumin seeds and green chillies on to the oil and fry for a bit.
2.Add the chopped onions and tomatoes and fry for 2 minutes.
3.When the onions turn a bit pinkish, add the peanuts and semolina. Stir and fry for 2 minutes.
4.Pour in hot boiling water, and sprinkle salt and cook on low flame 5-8 minutes until the water dries up to form a thick mixture.
5.Garnish the upama with freshly chopped coriander leaves.
